When I’m asked, “How did you find the courage to move your life to the next level while in the midst of such negative circumstances?” The answer is, “I didn’t! At least not by myself!”
Once we realize we’re all one big family, it’s not difficult to understand that when we elicit help from others, we are actually helping ourselves by tapping into that one Universal collective source we are all apart of. The old saying “No man or woman is an island!” perfectly illustrates this point.
Without the help and guidance of genuinely concerned coaches and mentors in my life, I seriously doubt I would have traversed my last transition as effectively and completely as I did. Whether we want to admit it or not, we all benefit from an out reached hand, a shoulder to cry on and a confidant to confer with. Someone from the outside looking in can generally see us better than we see ourselves, providing that person has our best interests at heart and has a penchant for asking the right questions in order to help us through the process.
However, as I personally discovered, a good coach can no more create a new life for me than they can breathe for me. It is always prudent to remember that your relationship with your coach will work best when you are absolutely committed to doing the work. If you feel you have reached your threshold and know with all your heart you are ready to move on to the next level on your great adventure, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the possibility of partnering with you on your journey and help you, in a concerted effort to access that which deep down you have always known you are!
