Is Coaching For Me?

                     Take the Test . . .

Are you currently experiencing a transition in your life? Have you recently experienced a change that promises to dramatically affect your life? Are you currently experiencing any of the following feelings and circumstances: stuck, struggle, discontentment, uncertainty, ambivalence, confusion, exhausted, overwelment, fear, worry, doubt, lost, anxiety, anxious, helpless, a mid-life crisis, boredom, discouragement, frustration, impatience, unworthiness, defeated. . .and the list goes on. But, at the same time, you are feeling motivated to change, are open to new possibilities and you are ready to commit to do something about it in order to create the life you desire and are longing for? Does this describe you?

I think we can all agree that change is inevitable. We are in a constant state of flux. Some changes are subtle and others come with such speed and force that they rock our world. Humans have a natural propensity to resist change and not allow for the natural flow.

                                     A Transition could be defined as:

* A loss of income or a financial gain                            * Losing a job or learning a new vocation

* A divorce/separation or a new spouse                        * The birth of a child or adopting a child

* Facing a health challenge                                          * Excessive weight gain/loss

* Spiritual awareness                                                  * Relocating; selling a home or buying a new one

* When your children grow up and move out                 * Retirement

* Death of a family member or friend                            * A disability

                   Please respond “Yes” or “No” to the Following Statements:

1) I find my personal transition overwhelming and I am not sure what the next step is?

2) I feel stuck in my transformational jail cell and I’m finding it difficult to break free and move on?

3) I have a tendency to blame others for my current circumstances, or worse yet, I blame myself and live in guilt?

4) I associate trauma with change?

5) I feel that I need to let go of something to make room for a new beginning in my life?

6) I am experiencing old dis-empowering beliefs that I would like to let go of. I continually tell myself the same “old negative stories”?

7) I allow other people and circumstances steal my dreams?

8) I spend most of my days regretting the past and worrying about the future?

9) I often find myself wearing a masque and playing roles to please others. I feel as though others see my facade rather than the “real me”?

10) I continually make reactive decisions based on fear, worry and doubt?

11) What is keeping you up at night?

If you have answered “YES” to any of the above questions, we would welcome an opportunity discuss your needs. Interested in being coached/consulted? I just want you to know that you are not alone, and you don’t have to do this all by yourself. Please accept my personal invitation to be your personal accountability partner and explore the magic and miracle of creating new beginnings for your life!
